WATCH NOW: Gonzaga Men's Cross Country Team Look Back on Historic Season

It was a season that will be remembered for years to come for the Gonzaga men's cross country team.

With a program best sixth place team finish at the NCAA West Regional Meet in Colfax, Washington, the Zags made a strong case for an at-large berth to the NCAA Championship Meet. But due to the NCAA point system that determines who moves on to the national meet, Gonzaga didn't make the cut.

With that being said, there is plenty to look forward to in the future as all seven of the runners on this year's Zags team will return next fall.

The Runner WA caught up with James Mwaura, Peter Hogan, Cullen McEachern, Riley Moore, Jake Perrin and Luke Mason in an interview on April 6, 2020, to reflect on this past fall, as well as look back at some memorable days as high school athletes.
